Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Avetry products.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@avetry.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the return process.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items not in original condition or damaged by customer misuse

  • Products returned after the 30-day window

  • Sale or discounted items (unless they arrive damaged)
